LIGHT BLUE PANEL

The light blue panel you are observing has been subjected to Ferrous Oxide Particles and Acid Rain. The use of "clay" type products will not remove the acids that are present down in the porous structure of the paint film. Clay will only remove the tops of the particles. These particles generate various acids as they corrode. Claying or buffing of the surface only removes the "blooming" or tops of the particles. Claying of the acid rain damage leaves the acids that dried and down in the clear. When they are subjected to rain, carwashes or moisture created by dew, they reactivate and proceed to attack the resin system of the clear coat paint film.

This concern is easily, effectively and safely removed from the paint film and surface using the ValuGard Neutralization Process.
